Mental health is our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we act, think, and feel, and determines how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
On Thursday we had a professional that told us about mental health issues.
We learned that everyboy has a mental health, for it does not only exist in people with mental disorders.
We also discovered that the bigger problem about mental health is the stigmatization, all the prejudices that surround it's conception and the social view there is.
Just like that, mental illnesess present themselves different in each person, a fact that difficulties diagnosis and treatment.
Overall, the most important thing is that it is our duty to continue giving mental health more visibilitation and figth against the myths that envolve it, in order to have a more healthy, happy and confortable society.
